Is the free tier actually free?
Yes. Three questions a day, every day, with the full coach: same evidence discipline, same voice. You sign in with an email and nothing else. No card, no trial clock, no downgrade tricks.
What does membership add?
Two things that matter: unlimited questions (fair use applies), and memory. Members fill in a 30-second profile and Duncan reads it before every answer, then remembers the thread between sessions. Members can also attach photos, like a food label or a menu.
Can I cancel easily?
Yes. Two clicks from your account page, handled by Stripe. Your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. No retention phone call, because we do not have a phone.
Is this medical advice?
No. Duncan is an AI wellness coach, not a doctor. He will not diagnose you, prescribe anything, or tell you a personal dose. Questions that need a professional get pointed at one, plainly.
What happens to my conversations?
They stay in your account so you can pick up where you left off, and you can delete them at any time. Photo attachments are read for one reply and never stored. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Why is it so cheap?
Because the marginal cost of a good answer has collapsed and we would rather have thousands of people using it than a handful paying consultancy rates. The membership price keeps the lights on and keeps the coach improving.
