The AI content operation behind TFC's videos, written down: the pipeline, the review gates that catch mistakes before they publish, and the weekly loop that makes next month better than this one. Nineteen chapters, plus a twelve-skill pack your own AI runs, from setup to publish.

Public figures. Open the accounts and check them.
Two people, neither full time. No studio, no crew, no camera, nobody on screen. Follower counts are noisy and one good video can move them; the number that cannot be luck is the volume. That is what a working system looks like from outside.
And the part most pages like this one leave out: the audience came first and the commercial side is early. There is nothing on this page about what you might earn, because we are not in a position to tell you, and we would be suspicious of anyone who claimed to be.

Look inside
What the pages actually look like.
Real spreads from the current edition: the contents, the receipts chapter, the budget table, and the worked example. Dark theme, made to be read on a phone.
It teaches the system. It does not hand over ours.
Our prompt library is not in it. Neither is the voice we use or its settings, our brand document, our research, or the conclusions we have drawn from months of testing about which formats and subjects work in our particular corner of the internet.
Two reasons, and the second is the one that matters. A prompt tuned to our subject, dropped into your operation, produces a diluted version of our work in a niche that already has us in it. And those files are how the operation that paid for this book competes, so we are not selling them, at any price.
What we will do is show you the machine that produced them, in full: every technique explained properly, and a complete worked video in a fictional niche so you can watch it run.
You are not buying a costume.
You are buying the sewing machine.
The pack
The half that does the work.
The book explains the thinking. The pack is thirty-four plain-text files your AI reads and acts on: twelve skills, nine references, eleven templates. Install it, subscribe to the tools it names, and start making videos.
Twelve guided workflows
Three set you up: the brand-brain interview, the pipeline scaffold, the tool setup with a smoke test per account. An orchestrator and the seven it runs make a video. One runs the weekly review.
Nine references, eleven templates
The tool stack, the spec format, the FFmpeg assembly recipe, the motion-graphics rules and the platforms, condensed for your AI to load, plus the templates the workflows fill in and two ready-made checklists.
Plain text, installs in minutes
Copy the skill folders into Claude Code, add three lines for Codex, or paste into the chat window you already use. The templates are deliberately blank.
Living edition
When the tools change, the files change. Both links serve the current version, free, with nothing to re-buy.
The twelve skills
Each is a folder your AI installs and runs by name. Three set you up. One orchestrates the seven that make a video, in order, with the gates enforced. One runs the week.
Set up, once
- brand-brain-builderThe forty-minute interview that writes the document everything else reads.
- pipeline-skeletonYour folders, persona roster, rules registry, empty prompt library, cost worksheet.
- setup-environmentInstall the tools, create each account on the right tier, place the keys, prove every tool once.
Every week
- weekly-postmortemYour numbers in, one lesson per video out, written into your rules so it applies next time.
Make a video, every time
- engineThe orchestrator. Give it an idea; it runs the seven below and will not skip a gate.
- script-writerBrief, graded claims against sources actually opened, a script written to be spoken.
- script-auditFour passes, one verdict. Nothing is generated until it says PASS.
- audio-producerVoiceover rendered and locked, timings measured, music bed fitted and levelled.
- motion-graphics-briefWhich words and numbers move on screen, and whether each earns its place.
- visual-plannerSlots against the timings, reuse first, model-specific prompts, the cover.
- assemblerThe spec, the FFmpeg build, per-platform exports, the checks for silent failures.
- publisherPer-platform words, disclosure, tagged links, the compliance gate, the log.
There is no refund, and here is why.
The purchase includes a folder of files you copy onto your own machine. Once it is downloaded there is nothing to return, and a refund on a file you have already copied is a refund on nothing.
So we do the other thing, which is to show you more before you decide. The full contents are above, with page numbers. The pages are above. A whole guide is free, below. And if you are still unsure, ask us before you buy rather than after. A person reads every reply.

The terms, in three lines
- One payment. Not a subscription. No cohort, no community, and none promised.

Questions
How does TFC make its videos?
With the system this book describes: an idea list, a claim check against sources somebody actually opened, a script read aloud, an audit gate before any money is spent, a voiceover locked before any visuals, pictures built against its timings, an assembly step, and a weekly review that changes the next one. Chapters 10 to 13 are the pipeline. Chapter 19 runs it end to end on a fictional video so you can watch.
Does it name the actual tools?
Yes, tool by tool, with why each one and what it costs at three budget levels. Claude Code and Codex run the pipeline. Higgsfield for images and motion, with Nano Banana for stills and Kling and Seedance for video. ElevenLabs for the voice, Suno for the music, Whisper for the timings, Remotion for the graphics, FFmpeg for the assembly, and Stripe, Vercel and Resend for selling. Chapter 9 is the stack; the pack's setup workflow walks you through creating each account and proving it works. What it does not include is our prompt library, our voice settings, our brand document or our numbers. Those are ours, and copying them would give you a worse version of a channel that already exists.
Is there a refund?
No. All sales are final on delivery, and the reasoning is set out on this page rather than in the small print. We would rather you read the free guide and take your time than buy on impulse.
Will this work in my niche?
The method is not subject-specific, and it was built to be portable. Chapter 6 is a workshop on choosing a niche and testing whether it will compound, worked through three fictional examples rather than ours.
Do I need to be able to code?
No. The pack is plain text with nothing to compile, and the setup workflow walks you through installing the tools and creating each account, one at a time, proving each works before the next. There are install instructions for three routes, and the third is a chat window. Every technical term is in the glossary.
What does it cost to run an operation like this?
That is Chapter 9. It sets out three budget levels, lean to generous, and what each realistically supports, with a worksheet in the pack. It does not tell you what we pay, and neither does this page. Our bill is trivia; what a given budget buys you is the useful part.
Do you include your prompts?
No, and the book says so on page one. What it includes is how a prompt is built, how to keep and version your own library, and a complete assembled example in a fictional niche.
Is there support, or a community?
No. There is the book, the pack, and every future update at no extra cost. Reply to any email from us and a person reads it. We are two people and we would rather promise less and deliver it.
