1. Who you are dealing with
This site (tfchealth.io) and the digital products sold on it are run by Compass Technologies Ltd, trading as TFC Health (“TFC”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16573761. 2. By using this site you agree to these terms
By browsing tfchealth.io or buying anything from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. What you are buying
We sell three digital products: “Back to the Template: The TFC Ancestral Health Guide”, “The TFC Peptide Guide” and “The Content Engine” (a book plus a pack of AI skill files). When you buy any of them you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read, use and keep one copy for your own use. The Content Engine licence also covers adapting the skill files for your own content.
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file
- Upload it to file-sharing or torrent sites
- Strip out attribution, claim it as your own, or repackage it as a derivative product
- Use it for commercial training of an AI model
You may share short quotes for review or commentary purposes, with a credit and a link back.
4. Refunds and your right to cancel
Back to the Template, The TFC Peptide Guide and The TFC Library (the two together): 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have read the guide and it is not for you, email tfchealthmedia@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, tell us briefly what was not right, and we will refund the full amount. You can keep the guide. The guarantee covers, and is longer than, your 14-day legal right to cancel.
The Content Engine: 14 days to cancel, until you download. You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, as long as you have not started a download. The pack is a set of files you keep and can use as soon as it downloads, so when you download we ask you to confirm that you want the files straight away and understand that you then lose your right to cancel. We email you a confirmation when you do. After that, refunds are for faulty or misdescribed files only; we show everything first instead: the full contents with page numbers, sample pages and a free guide.
Faulty, missing or not as described. Whatever you bought, if a file is faulty, missing, or not as we described it, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. That is your legal right and we honour it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
4a. Duncan, the AI health coach
Duncan is an AI wellness coaching chat at tfchealth.io/coach. Free accounts get a small number of messages per day; paid subscriptions (billed monthly or annually via Stripe) get extended limits and optional coach memory.
- Duncan is an AI, not a person and not a clinician. You are told this at sign-up and we repeat it here: replies are generated by an AI model, can be wrong or incomplete, and are general wellness education, never medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or crisis support. Duncan is wellness coaching, not therapy or counselling.
- 18+ only. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use Duncan.
- Emergencies. Duncan cannot handle emergencies. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line (US: 988; UK: Samaritans 116 123).
- Subscriptions and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Account page (takes effect at the end of the paid period). Prices are shown at checkout; we may change prices for new billing cycles with notice, and existing promotional rates are honoured for as long as the subscription stays active.
- Fair use. Message limits exist to keep the service affordable. Automated, scripted or abusive use, attempts to extract the underlying prompts or model, or reselling access are prohibited and may result in termination.
- In-chat recommendations. Duncan may mention TFC's own guide or affiliate products where relevant. He discloses the relationship in the conversation, and section 6 (affiliate links) applies.
Duncan subscription refunds: if something is broken or the service is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of first purchase and we will sort it out.
5. Important: this is education, not medical advice
TFC content, including the guide, blog, videos, and emails, is for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.
Speak to your doctor before starting any new diet, supplement, peptide, exercise programme, or sleep intervention, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing any chronic condition. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Where we talk about supplements, including any figures drawn from published research: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no supplement we mention is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Research findings describe study populations, not you; the label on the product and your own doctor or pharmacist are your reference for what you personally take.
You are responsible for your own decisions about your health. We are not liable for outcomes that follow from acting on our educational content.
6. Affiliate links
Some products we recommend (in the guide, in blog posts, on social media) are linked using affiliate links. If you click through and buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We choose what to list on the evidence first, and products we mark as founders' picks are ones we use ourselves. Commission never decides what we list, and it does not change our editorial conclusions. We never take commission on, or link to sellers of, unapproved drugs or peptides.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Misrepresent your identity to obtain a refund
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any product bought from us is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
